Teachers who give lectures in language lab must abide by the teaching arrangements and engage in teaching earnestly according to the requirements of the subjects.

Both teachers and students must enter the classroom 5 minutes ahead of time. No being late or leaving earlier than scheduled.

Anyone who enters the language lab should dress himself suitably, put on shoe cover in advance and keep the room clean and tidy.

Teachers must make full preparations ahead of time before giving lectures, familiarize themselves with the method to operate the facilities in the language lab with a view to ensuring that classroom instruction goes normally.

Teachers who give lectures are required to operate the facilities properly in accordance with the operating procedures. Get immediate contact with the administrative staff when the facilities go wrong. Any damage to the equipments owing to violation of operating rules must be compensated in accordance with the University’s relevant regulations.
